📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
At Buckbuild, we strive to provide the highest quality professional finishes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our specific return conditions below:
1. The 10% Handling Fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee. This fee covers the administrative costs and the inspection of building materials to ensure they remain fit for resale.
2. Return Days (Fridays Only)
To ensure our technical team is available to inspect returned materials, returns and exchanges are processed on Fridays only.
Please book your return by emailing info@buckbuild.co.za before Thursday close of business.
Returns brought in on other days of the week will not be processed until the following Friday.3. Return Conditions
Unopened Goods:
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened paint buckets, used brushes, or broken tile boxes.
14-Day Window:
Returns must be initiated within
14 days
of the original purchase date.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid tax invoice is required for all returns and refunds.4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Tinted Paint:
Any paint that has been tinted to a specific color code cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special Orders:
Custom-made aluminum frames or specially sourced timber/fittings are non-refundable.5. Refund Process
Once the items are inspected on Friday and approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (EFT, Yoco, or PayFast). Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
